Responsibilities

Supervise all employees assigned to the program area
Inspire people with disabilities to lead meaningful lives by providing innovative services
Develop volunteer, recreational, and work experiences in the community
Monitor program participants' health and communicate needs
Assist with admissions process and program planning

Qualifications

Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in related field
Experience working with people with disabilities
Leadership and supervisory abilities
Knowledge of assessment instruments
PA Driver's License
