Job Description

Seeking a motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage high-profile information technology projects for various agencies. Experience with human capital management (HCM) solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting IT strategic planning with assigned customers
  • Coordinating customers' overall IT portfolio
  • Directly managing specific IT projects and initiatives
  • Facilitating IT procurement processes
  • Ensuring customers' priorities for new or changed products and services are effectively established
  • Assisting with resource management and prioritization of needs
  • Handling stakeholder complaints and escalations
  • Tracking customer and technology trends

Qualifications

  • Eleven years of professional IT experience; or Seven years of IT experience and a bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • IT project management experience
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
