Job Description

Manage the Two Bridges Youth Workforce Development Program to provide education, personal development, and construction training to at-risk young adults.

Responsibilities

Hiring and supervising program staff.
Organizing and managing internal program operations.
Managing all relevant licensing and evaluation of program staff.
Developing systems to improve program operations and coordination.
Planning and organizing recognition events and awards ceremonies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in non-profit management, social work, or related field.
5 years' experience in young adult counseling or workforce development.
Broad knowledge in career training and juvenile justice.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Computer literacy.
