Job Description

Manage the Two Bridges Youth Workforce Development Program to provide education, personal development, and construction training to at-risk young adults.

Responsibilities

Hiring and supervising program staff
Managing program operations and budgets
Developing systems to improve program operations and coordination
Supervising teaching and counseling staff
Planning recognition events and awards ceremonies
Assisting with program evaluation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field
5 years' experience in counseling or workforce development
Knowledge in career training and juvenile justice
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends
