Job Description

Romark is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for the weekend shift to oversee operations and lead a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer training and certification processes for associates
  • Prioritize workload assignments and communicate priorities
  • Provide leadership on the shift and foster positive employee relations
  • Ensure maintenance and repair issues are addressed
  • Pursue feedback from associates to improve productivity
  • Mentor and coach associates for development
  • Champion safe work practices
  • Participate in special projects

Qualifications

  • Stand up and deep reach forklift experience required
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience in a logistics environment
  • Knowledge of Shipping/Receiving, Warehouse, Inventory, and Material Handling operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management systems
  • Ability to operate and train associates on equipment
