Responsibilities

Administer training and certification processes for safe material handling equipment operation
Prioritize workload assignments and communicate priorities
Provide leadership on the shift and foster positive employee relations
Identify and resolve process or procedural issues to improve productivity
Ensure safe work practices with all associates

Qualifications

Stand up and deep reach forklift experience
1-3 years supervisory/management experience in materials and logistics
Strong computer skills and communication abilities
Ability to operate and train associates on warehouse equipment
