Join Romark as a Warehouse Lead for the weekend shift. Administer training, prioritize workload assignments, provide leadership, and ensure safety in the warehouse facility.

Responsibilities

Administer training and certification processes for material handling equipment
Prioritize workload assignments and communicate priorities
Provide leadership and foster positive employee relations
Ensure maintenance issues are addressed and communicated
Pursue feedback from associates to resolve issues and improve productivity

Qualifications

1-3 years supervisory experience in logistics
Knowledge of Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, and Material Handling operations
Strong computer and communication skills
Ability to operate and train associates on equipment
