Responsibilities

Administer training and certification processes for material handling equipment
Prioritize workload assignments and communicate priorities
Provide leadership and foster positive employee relations
Ensure maintenance issues are addressed and communicated
Examine and monitor work for quality and productivity standards
Champion safe work practices
Participate in special projects and assignments

Qualifications

1-3 years supervisory experience in materials and logistics
Knowledge of Shipping/Receiving, Warehouse, Inventory and Material Handling operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to operate and train associates on equipment
