Job Description

Join DHL Supply Chain as a Senior HR Representative to provide strategic counsel and advisory services to leaders on business and people-related issues. You will play a key role in creating the best workplace environment for our associates.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on people-related matters
Serve as an advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates
Manage internal investigations as needed
Ensure compliance with HR regulations, policies, and laws
Administer audit activities for HR compliance
Provide feedback and coaching to managers
Manage staffing, succession planning, and training activities
Administer compensation and benefits systems
Ensure compliance with performance management systems
Enter and maintain HR data in systems

Qualifications

BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field or minimum of five years HR experience
Master’s degree in Human resources preferred
PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
Previous experience partnering with senior management required
Proven experience leading organizational change
Competence in HR Metrics
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
