Job Description

Join DHL Supply Chain as a Senior HR Representative providing strategic counsel and advisory services to leaders on business and people related issues. This role involves ensuring a positive workplace environment for associates.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on HR matters
Serve as an advocate and counsel to associates
Drive initiatives to support site climate and culture
Conduct internal investigations as needed
Ensure compliance with HR policies and laws
Manage staffing, succession planning, and associate programs
Implement training and development activities
Administer compensation and benefits systems
Administer compliance with performance management systems

Qualifications

BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of five years HR experience
Master’s degree in Human resources preferred
PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
Previous experience partnering with senior management
