Job Description

Responsibilities
Implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Employee Relations and Engagement
Conduct internal investigations as needed
Ensure compliance with HR regulations and policies
Train management in various HR processes
Assist with staffing and associate programs
Administration of performance management process
Qualifications
BS/BA in Human Resources or related field
PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
0-3 years of HR experience required
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices required
