Job Description

The Head Universal Banker is responsible for providing exceptional service delivery to internal and external customers, executing service transactions and sales routines to deepen client relationships.

Responsibilities

Exhibit strong sales and service skills
Act as a subject matter expert for the branch
Learn new products and demonstrate positive attitude
Provide exceptional service to resolve customer issues
Educate clients on self-service capabilities
Engage clients in the branch lobby
Connect clients to appropriate partners
Resolve client complaints promptly
Encourage use of digital service channels
Ensure follow-up items are complete
Promote branch incentive programs

Qualifications

1-3 years relevant experience
Face-to-face customer service and sales experience
Client service oriented with excellent communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic computer and digital tools skills
Retail experience preferred
