Job Description

National University is seeking a Payroll Specialist II to process and audit accurate payroll for multiple pay groups. This role will be responsible for maintaining payroll records in compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

Process accurate and timely payroll for multiple pay groups
Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding payroll
Audit payroll reports to ensure accuracy
Maintain accurate records of exception checks issued
Perform retroactive compensation changes
Ensure garnishments are administered correctly

Qualifications

Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources preferred
2-4 years of professional experience in payroll or accounting
Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and ADP Smart Compliance
