Responsibilities

Design and implement executive search strategies
Leverage elite sourcing methodologies to identify top-tier talent
Assess, secure, and advise high-impact leaders

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree plus 8+ years of executive recruiting experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 14+ years of executive recruiting experience
5+ years leadership experience
Experience in executive recruitment and sourcing
