Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MSP (Managed Service Provider) Candidate to support IT infrastructure, manage service delivery, and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an MSP environment, handling multiple clients, and delivering high-quality IT support and solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide IT support and managed services to multiple clients.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and service delivery standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in an MSP or IT support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and cloud platforms.
Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools.
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
