We are looking for an Associate Occupancy Planner to join our Occupancy Planning Team and assist in managing client move request activity, real estate market data evaluation, and strategy recommendation for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in occupancy and space management
• Proficiency in data analytics and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and problem solve
• Experience with flex office and alternative workplace solutions programs
