Job Description

Join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Leader Trainee and take part in a valuable management and leadership experience with competitive pay.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to restaurant employees
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies & procedures and Health Department Standards
  • Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
  • Utilize P&L and store reports to drive positive change
  • Read and interpret documents and demonstrate proficient computer knowledge

Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory experience in restaurant management preferred
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multitask, stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
