Job Description

Join us as an Assistant Store Leader at 7-Eleven, Inc. in Brockton, Massachusetts. We are looking for a dedicated individual with previous supervisory experience to work alongside the management team and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to store employees
Oversee merchandising and marketing programs
Handle cash transactions and promote loyalty program
Maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred
At least one year of Retail Management experience
Valid Driver's License
Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks
