Job Description

Join our team as an Assistant Store Leader (Retail Assistant Manager) and be a part of a management team focused on providing excellent customer service and leadership within our retail stores.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to store employees
Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs
Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion
Maintain a clean and safe store environment

Qualifications

Demonstrated retail management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle physical demands of the role
High School diploma or GED preferred
Valid Driver's License
