Job Description

The Store Leader is responsible for overseeing the store operations, leading the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves managing merchandising, marketing initiatives, and driving profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
  • Implement and oversee merchandising and marketing programs
  • Use P&L and store reports to make strategic decisions
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
