Job Description

Join our team as a Staff Material Handler in East Farmingdale, NY. Perform order fulfillment and warehouse functions storing electronic components and sheet metal parts.

Responsibilities

  • Cycle count daily and entering data into the Baan system
  • Receive material and verify count against accompanying documents
  • Processes requests for items and kits for Manufacturing assembly
  • Audit incoming and outgoing material for accuracy
  • Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry
  • Issue material per stores requisition

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Effective communication and following operating procedures
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
