Job Description

Veritable Vegetable is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee swing shift operations at our San Francisco location. The ideal candidate will have experience in organic produce distribution and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan and prioritize daily warehouse work
Organize and monitor paper flow throughout the shift
Direct and motivate warehouse staff
Ensure product handling is accurate and timely
Monitor equipment and supplies needed for warehouse operations

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months experience in organic produce distribution
Familiarity with storage requirements of fresh produce
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Certified and proficient on material handling equipment
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
