- Manage a broad portfolio of schools and smaller districts

Qualifications

- Experience in CSM or customer-facing SaaS role, ideally within EdTech

- Comfortable managing high volumes of accounts simultaneously

- Proficient in tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, and customer marketing platforms

- Strong process-driven mindset
