Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders in large school districts
  • Ensure successful onboarding and adoption of Securly's solutions
  • Drive product adoption, reduce churn, and identify opportunities for expansion

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Customer Success or strategic account management in the EdTech industry
  • Strong understanding of school district operations and stakeholder roles
  • Proven track record of improving product adoption and driving expansion
