Job Description

Join our team in the legal industry as a Billing Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia. Facilitate the billing process, collaborate with attorneys and legal assistants, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of invoices.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with attorneys and legal assistants to expedite the pre-billing process
Ensure invoices are accurately created, dispatched, and recorded
Utilize accounting software systems for efficient and accurate billing
Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions
Maintain up-to-date records of customer credit applications
Conduct periodic auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance
Handle accounts receivable tasks with precision
Offer support in the transition to cloud-based operations

Qualifications

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with Aderant software
Experience in using ADP - Financial Services
Knowledge of Costpoint
CRM usage skills
Proficiency in About Time software
Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
Auditing skills
Proficiency in Billing Functions
