Job Description

Epsilon is seeking a Director of Client Services to manage a team of Client Services Managers and drive strategic recommendations for client engagement and growth in the Mid-Market segment.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of account managers across the US book of business
Define strategy for activating newly signed clients
Create training materials for onboarding new hires
Collaborate with marketing to design key materials
Travel to client offices for pitches
Negotiate and close renewals
Design strategies to drive significant ROI to clients
Identify and manage expansion opportunities
Collaborate with other departments globally for aligned strategies

Qualifications

10+ years of client management experience in e-commerce or MarTech
Deep understanding of digital marketing
Ability to lead and motivate teams
Proven success in portfolio growth
