Job Description

The Senior Client Services Manager will develop growth strategies and recommendations for client websites to achieve clients' core website personalization and optimization goals and objectives. This role is based in New York City and involves collaborating with various departments to ensure e-commerce strategies align with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, campaign execution, and data insights for client portfolio.
  • Identify and manage expansion opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Build relationships with key client decision-makers.
  • Prepare monthly performance reviews for clients.
  • Facilitate day-to-day management of accounts internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of client management or sales experience in e-commerce or MarTech.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and marketing technology.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
