We are looking for a General Manager to lead operations at an innovative indoor children's playground specializing in themed sandbox experiences.

Comprehensive Management: Oversee all aspects of business operations, including staff management, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety regulations. You will be the primary day-to-day decision-maker and liaison with business owners.
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and organizing special events.
Facility Maintenance: Ensure playground facilities are well-maintained, conduct repairs, and updates to maintain safety and aesthetics.
Safety Compliance: Guarantee compliance with all safety regulations, conduct drills, and train staff on emergency procedures.
