Job Description

Robert Half HR Solutions is assisting a client in South Atlanta with identifying a Contract HR Generalist with strong background in Leaves Administration. The Contract HR Generalist will be tasked with managing employee leaves & benefits, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and working with benefits vendors. This role is onsite 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

Administer and manage employee leaves & benefits
Maintain a thorough understanding of Federal, State, and local laws to ensure compliance
Handle all aspects of leaves and leave administration
Foster positive employee relations and address any related issues
Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently
Utilize ADP for various financial services and workforce management
Collaborate with vendors, including health insurance providers like Blue Cross Blue Shield
Utilize ATS and other systems like Ceridian and Dayforce for effective workforce management
Maintain effective communication with all levels within the organization
Oversee Family Medical Leave (FMLA) processes and procedures

Qualifications

Experience with ADP Workforce Now for human resources management
Knowledge of Benefit Functions in HR management
Strong Communication skills for effective employee interaction and management
Expertise in Compliance with labor laws and regulations
Proven experience with Benefit vendors
Understanding of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) provisions and requirements
Proficiency in Leave Administration processes
Experience in managing Leave of Absence for employees
Knowledge of Family Medical Leave policies and procedures
Experience with Excel Reports and Vlookups
