Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Success Associate and be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B customers in North America.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with B2B customers
  • Create personalized success plans and conduct Business Reviews
  • Advise on e-commerce strategy and product utilization
  • Optimize commercial outcomes and prevent churn
  • Advocate for customers internally and provide feedback to product teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of commercial business experience in (SaaS) B2B software
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to work in the office in Las Colinas
