Job Description

The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees the Warehouse, including dock, receiving, salvage, recycling, e-waste and trash processes. They coordinate with Logistics and Donation departments to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of all Warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Manage staff and resources to meet budgeted sales and expense ratios.
Complete all related paperwork and reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Act as liaison between Warehouse and Retail Stores for exceptional customer service.
Oversee Clearance Center and make timely adjustments to increase efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments on hiring, training, evaluating and disciplining personnel.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management.
Excellent knowledge of merchandise quality and secondary markets.
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication.
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
