Job Description

The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees the Warehouse, including dock, receiving, salvage, recycling, e-waste and trash processes. They coordinate with Logistics and Donation departments to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of all Warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage staff and resources to meet budgeted sales and expense ratios.
  • Complete all related paperwork and reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Act as liaison between Warehouse and Retail Stores for exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee Clearance Center and make timely adjustments to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments on hiring, training, evaluating and disciplining personnel.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management.
  • Excellent knowledge of merchandise quality and secondary markets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
