Exciting opportunity for an Inventory Management Specialist to optimize inventory processes in a fast-paced Logistics and Distribution Corporation based in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and managing inventory based on demand and sales trends.
  • Utilizing SAP software for inventory management.
  • Providing EDI support to streamline electronic communications.
  • Ensuring accurate order fulfillment for customer satisfaction.
  • Using Power BI to analyze inventory data and generate reports.
  • Collaborating with freight companies and 3pl providers for shipping operations.
  • Developing inventory control systems and practices.
  • Liaising with departments for inventory consistency.
  • Identifying and solving potential inventory issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of inventory management experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, 3pl, and freight operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
