The Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate processing of payroll for all employees using Workday. This role involves overseeing payroll accounting activities, processing payroll data, maintaining systems, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Process biweekly, monthly, or off-cycle payroll in Workday with accuracy. Manage time entries, validate bank pay files, review and process corrections. Review employee timecards, approve time off requests, resolve discrepancies. Prepare and file tax reports, ensure compliance with tax laws. Enter and maintain employee payroll data, conduct audits, resolve discrepancies.
Thorough knowledge of payroll principles, customer service skills, HRIS/payroll policies, working knowledge of payroll tax laws and systems. Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong attention to detail, organizational skills.
