Job Description

Lead integrated marketing planning process for Epsilon's Digital and Retail Media offerings in close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated marketing planning process for Epsilon's Digital and Retail Media offerings in close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring marketing activities align with business needs and priorities.
  • Build, manage and execute a multi-channel, multi-touch marketing plan to achieve healthy pipeline coverage, expanding reach into existing accounts and penetrating new accounts.
  • Partner with executive leaders to establish meaningful, realistic goals and KPIs mapped to business outcomes.
  • Drive the development of high-quality leads through various channels.
  • Develop robust lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Partner closely with Product and Sales to define key buyer personas, market segments, and target account lists based on how they buy and the customer lifecycle.
  • Embrace agile marketing operational rigor across the planning process, accounting for delivery cycles, dependencies, capacity, and prioritization.
  • Partner with peers who manage our paid, owned, and earned channels, as well as content, creative, and operations teams to develop and activate high-quality, compelling marketing initiatives based on audience segments and personas.
  • Optimize activities by reviewing results to measure effectiveness and improve performance based on learning.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize spend to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing campaign management.
  • Experience translating business objectives into a strategic marketing plan.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and nurturing best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A 'hands on' mindset; you understand strategy is meaningless without execution.
  • Fluency in marketing funnel metrics and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of all key paid, owned, and earned marketing channels.
  • A strong focus on delivering measurable results and exceeding expectations.
