Job Description

Seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, disciplined and results-driven Art Studio Operations and Sales Executive for successfully overseeing and implementing day-to-day processes and operations to ensure the business runs smoothly and successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and supervise daily business operations through structured systems
  • Manage employee performance, scheduling, and logistics
  • Lead corporate and private sales communication and event coordination
  • Manage and motivate a team of educators
  • Implement ideas with detail, systems, and operational checks and balance
  • Improve efficiency and maintain studio organization
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Identify growth opportunities and trends
  • Implement strategy to increase customer retention
  • Participate in achieving class fill rate goals and sales goals
  • Create action-oriented, results-driven sales and marketing strategies
  • Data reporting and analysis

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of successful employee supervision experience
  • Successful track record of 6-figure sales and business revenue growth
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactive and self-aware with an emotionally responsible nature
  • Excellent interpersonal, conflict management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Strong leadership and growth mindset qualities
