Job Description

The Coordinator, Faculty and Leadership Recruitment, is a vital part of the Office of Academic and Faculty Affairs (OAFA). This person manages the process for college-level faculty and leadership recruitment efforts and works in close partnership with key stakeholders to ensure successful searches.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the faculty and leadership recruitment process from posting to final candidate visit.
  • Manage communication and interview schedules with candidates, search committees and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Provide guidance to search committees for department-level recruitments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Three (3) years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working in an academic medicine setting preferred.
