Job Description

Join Aramark as a Bilingual HR Manager providing HR support for dining services at Arizona State University. Manage HR processes and support employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve HR issues and provide recommendations for corporate COE's
  • Develop Engagement Action Plans and coordinate corporate activities
  • Manage Talent Acquisition and HR metrics reporting
  • Assist with Benefits, Payroll, and On-boarding programs

Qualifications

  • HR/SPHR certification preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • 5-7 years of HR experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or HR
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
