Job Description

The Barista Lead is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing beverages, training staff, and maintaining a clean environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers
Prepare and serve beverages
Train staff in coffee and food preparation
Operate register/POS system
Maintain cleanliness of work area

Qualifications

Experience as a barista
Previous cash handling experience
Basic math & counting skills
Food Handling Certification
