Job Description

Join Aramark's Step Up to Leadership (S2L) Paid Internship Program as an HR Intern. Gain valuable business skills and leadership experience while working with industry leaders.

Responsibilities

Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) Mobilization Process for the Collegiate Hospitality line of business.
Facilitate kickoff and calibration calls to align on account timing, scope, and hiring needs.
Collaborate with leaders to ensure seamless execution of the mobilization process.
Update internal databases with new employee information.
Support Regional HR events and initiatives.
Travel to various locations to assist with new account mobilization.

Qualifications

Actively pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Great verbal and written communication skills.
