Job Description

Join Aramark's Step Up to Leadership (S2L) Paid Internship Program as an HR Intern. Gain valuable business skills and leadership experience while working with industry leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) Mobilization Process for the Collegiate Hospitality line of business.
  • Facilitate kickoff and calibration calls to align on account timing, scope, and hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with leaders to ensure seamless execution of the mobilization process.
  • Update internal databases with new employee information.
  • Support Regional HR events and initiatives.
  • Travel to various locations to assist with new account mobilization.

Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
