Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to participants and colleagues
  • Manage front desk operations efficiently
  • Answer and route incoming calls and messages
  • Greet and check in clients and visitors
  • Handle client visit preparation including payments and paperwork
  • Complete referrals, insurance verifications, and authorizations
  • Schedule and manage calendars of clinical staff
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma; Associates Degree Preferred
  • Two years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and standard software applications
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.A.
