Job Description

Join Cadence as a Clinical Navigator Supervisor to remotely monitor, manage, and support patients living with chronic diseases. Lead and support the Clinical Navigator team to ensure high-quality patient care delivery.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual check-ins with patients as prescribed
Lead team meetings and audits
Analyze data to enhance team performance
Mentor team members and provide ongoing guidance
Ensure compliance with quality standards

Qualifications

Active Certification as a Medical Assistant
5+ years of Medical Assistant experience
2+ years of leading a clinical team
Strong communication and analytical skills
Passion for improving healthcare with digital innovation
