Cadence is seeking an Outbound Patient Enrollment Specialist to call and enroll patients referred by partner physicians. This role involves interacting with patients via phone call and text to provide program details and facilitate enrollments.

Responsibilities

Clearly communicate program details, benefits, and expected outcomes to patients.
Facilitate virtual patient enrollments and schedule follow-up appointments.
Build rapport and trust with potential patients.
Follow established scripts while adapting communication to connect authentically with patients.
Maintain a balance between high-quality patient interactions and productivity targets.

Qualifications

Experience in a healthcare services organization with performance metrics.
Prior experience in conducting high volumes of outbound calls.
