Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in IT support
  • Customer service driven
  • Proficient in MacOS, iOS, JAMF, Kandji
  • Experience with SaaS applications like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of network protocols and services
