Job Description

Cadence is seeking a remote Patient Enrollment Specialist to enroll patients living with chronic diseases referred by partner physicians. This role involves outbound calls to communicate program details, enroll patients, schedule appointments, and build patient relationships.

Responsibilities

Clearly communicate program details, benefits, and outcomes to patients
Facilitate virtual patient enrollments and schedule follow-up appointments
Build rapport and trust with potential patients
Adapt communication to connect authentically with patients
Maintain high-quality patient interactions

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare services organization
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
Comfort using CRM platforms
