Join our team at Onward Robotics as an Enterprise Account Executive and be part of a mission to revolutionize fulfillment. This role focuses on growing sales of Onward Robotics AMRs in the North American market.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed the annual sales target
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of opportunities across multiple market segments
  • Travel to client or prospect facilities to assess various AMR applications
  • Develop compelling value propositions based on ROI analysis
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to closed sales
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless delivery to clients
  • Cultivate relationships with third party companies for solutions
  • Provide feedback on market trends and opportunities
  • Maintain relevant domain knowledge
  • Conduct all sales activities with professionalism and integrity
  • Lead negotiations with clients

Qualifications

  • Deep working knowledge of warehouse operations or WMS systems
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex Warehouse/Supply Chain solutions
  • Proficiency in forecast accuracy and account planning
  • New business development skills with proven quota attainment
  • Experience in selling CapEx and SaaS solutions
  • Ability to establish CxO level relationships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Aggressive, self-starter mentality
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com
