Job Description

Join Edmunds as a Dealer Success Specialist and work to ensure the overall health and retention of automotive dealer customers. Help dealers sell more cars and support sales team in acquiring and retaining clients.

Responsibilities

Build and grow relationships with assigned dealerships
Serve as first point of contact for customer issues
Monitor and consult with dealers on activities affecting performance
Provide training on Edmunds products
Consistently meet goals and foster excellence within the team

Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Collaboration and teamwork skills
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Analytical skills to visualize and understand data
