Job Description

Urban Standard Capital is seeking a Senior Accountant to handle financial accounting and operations for equity funds and investments.

Responsibilities

Record cash transactions at property and fund level
Review cash accounts and ensure proper funding
Assist Asset Manager on property tasks
Oversee 1099 process for managed properties

Qualifications

2-3 years real estate accounting experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
Public Accounting experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
