Responsibilities

Ensure After Sales Centers (ASC) are trained and proficient in machine designs and functions
Evaluate performance and quality of ASC
Identify and assess training needs
Suggest strategies for operation efficiencies
Review and improve After Sales Center procedures
Perform periodic stock reviews of spare parts and materials
Assist in and/or manage special projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
2+ years of work experience in warehouse facility operations
Experience in Inventory and Budget Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license
Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Travel required 30%
