Responsibilities

Lead by example to coach and teach the team for excellent customer service.
Achieve winning sales and service performance through daily team coaching and effective communication.
Motivate team performance through feedback and recognition.
Ensure all operations, inventory, scheduling, and company processes are implemented.
Welcome, advise, and guide customers to identify their perfect coffee match.
Plan events that engage new customers, strengthen relationships, and build brand recognition.
Approach opportunities and challenges with a drive to succeed.
Promote a safety-conscious culture for employees and customers.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced or luxury retail environment.
2+ years of supervisory experience in people management and development of direct reports.
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven ability to utilize time management and prioritization skills effectively.
A passion for coffee, respect for sustainability, and curiosity to educate oneself and others on our coffee culture.
Availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
