Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a HR Assistant to provide support to the HR Team in recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, reporting, employee events, and HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules for internal and external candidates
  • Assist with booking travel and expense reimbursement
  • Coordinate pre-employment drug and background checks
  • Prepare and schedule new hire orientation
  • Complete new hire tasks
  • Create termination documents for resignations
  • Assist with event coordination and job description maintenance
  • Support HR department with administrative tasks
